POCSTARS Hosts 2026 Indonesia Workshop, Exploring AI-Driven Future of Mission-Critical Communications
Jakarta, June 22, 2026 — The POCSTARS Indonesia Workshop 2026 was successfully held at Pullman Jakarta Central Park in Jakarta. Under the theme “Grow Your Business with Mission Critical Solutions Platform, From Product to Solution Ecosystem,” the event gathered industry partners, system integrators, and enterprise customers from Indonesia and Southeast Asia to explore the future of AI-driven mission-critical communications and its industry applications.
The workshop opened with a welcome address and strategic sharing by POCSTARS Chairman Louis Rong, who also delivered the closing remarks, outlining the company’s global strategy and ecosystem development vision. The event was hosted by Ivy Liu, Southeast Asia Regional Sales Director at POCSTARS, who led the opening session and afternoon agenda to ensure smooth coordination and engagement.
Workshop highlighted key topics including PTToC push-to-talk, integrated communication platforms, industry solutions, and AI evolution, presenting POCSTARS’ ecosystem strategy and technology roadmap.

Telecom & Technology Ecosystem
Focused on telecom operators, large technology enterprises, and national distribution models, this session highlighted POCSTARS’ multi-layer ecosystem approach, including carrier-grade deployment, unified communication platforms, and standardized channel operations, enabling the shift from product delivery to platform-based solutions and managed services.
Public Safety & Emergency Response
Covering police, emergency response, and disaster management, this session demonstrated unified communication and dispatch capabilities across voice, video, location, and data, enabling real-time cross-department coordination and improving operational efficiency in critical situations.
Energy & Industrial Applications
Focusing on oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, and 5G private networks, this session explored high-reliability communication systems in private and hybrid deployments, supporting production scheduling, safety management, and digital transformation in complex industrial environments.
Throughout the event, participants discussed key industry challenges including system interoperability, asset management, and hybrid deployment models. Strong interest was shown in POCSTARS’ platform openness, multi-device compatibility, and industry adaptability.
AI-enabled mission-critical communications was also a major focus, with attendees recognizing AI as a key driver in transforming communication systems into intelligent, data-driven decision-making platforms.
